Q: "Do you have a showroom?"
A: Yes.  The showroom and our office is located in Tarpon Springs and is available by appointment only.

Q: "Is there a fee to have someone come to my home for an estimate?"
A: No.  Job site consultations, designs and measuring are a must.  We pride ourselves in getting to know you in your environment.  That way the project outcome suits you the best.

Q: " Do I have to supply the design or do you?"
:  No.  After meeting with you in your home or in our showroom, Eric and Marcie can design your project to suit your needs.

Q: "Will the sales person be involved through the entire process?" 
A: Yes.  Eric and Marcie own the company and are personally involved in every step of the process. 

Q:  "How do I know you will be in business next week?"
A:  Reputation.  Ours speaks for itself.  Ask us for referrals.  Our business is built on repeat customer and referrals. 

:  " I may want to do some of the work myself, or have a neighbor help.  Are you willing to work with that?"  
A:  Certainly.  We work well with others and have a short list of trades people we can refer to clients, friends and family as well.
